No exenta de polémica desde su inclusión en el Código Penal, no ha sido hasta este pasado mes de julio cuando se impuesto por primera vez en sentencia (Audiencia Provincial de Pontevedra), the author of two counts of murder with premeditation qualified and aggravated by the fact that victims are under sixteen concurring the aggravating circumstance of kinship,,es,biological daughters victims of the accused,,es,The preamble to the proposal says,,es,the suppression of permanent prison revisable not be justified from political and criminal reasons as unconstitutional for several reasons proposed,,es,Against the dignity of human beings,,es,Violates the prohibition of inhuman punishment and cruel and degrading treatment,,es,Violates the constitutional mandate that penalties are aimed at rehabilitation and social reintegration,,es,And breaks dangerously with one of the constitutional consensus of,,es (víctimas hijas biológicas del acusado).

25.2 CE) Y rompe peligrosamente con uno de los consensos constitucionales de 1978 not to establish a life sentence,,es,Violates the constitutional principle of legality laid down in Article,,es,there are possibilities of judicial error that would be irreparable.,,es.
