El Pleno del Tribunal Constitucional ha estimado el recurso de amparo presentado por un profesor de Educación Primaria que fue sancionado a un mes de suspensión de empleo y sueldo por entregar a sus alumnos una carta, dirigida a los padres, en la que anunciaba que participaría en una huelga convocada para el día siguiente.
