El Juzgado de Primera Instancia de Zaragoza, especializado en materia bancaria, ha dictado una sentencia que anula parte de la cláusula de gastos de un préstamo hipotecario por considerarla abusiva y condena a la entidad bancaria a abonar a los perjudicados la cantidad de 1.022,45 euros, así como los intereses legales devengados desde el momento en el que se efectuó su pago. Anula la cláusula del contrato que impone a los prestatarios la obligación de abonar “de manera total e indiscriminada” los gastos notariales y registrales del préstamo así como los de gestoría.
